I used this firm and paid the money, now I am being foreclosed on anyway. Thanks Charles Oldham for taking our money and causing us to loose our home. Had I of known I would have never used them, I found a reputable firm to assist us. Now we are going to be homeless with two kids, Thanks again...

This firm talks the big talk but when it comes down to doing the job look out. They take your money then you can never get in touch with any negotiator. My misfortune was to hire them in the first place and I have never been so rudely talked to than I was by a so called negotiator named Mr. Small. He was rude would not return phone calls or emails and I found out that after two months has not even sent in any authorization to represent me to my bank which was BOA. After being told that my modification was turned down and confronting them my authorization was sent by someone else and I finely was put into review. After over two months and almost going into foreclosure maybe my home will be saved who knows. If you are contacted by the Charles Oldham law firm which by the way is not a real estate attorney but a criminal attorney.( check the NC State Bar)Hang up

This firm helped me save $600.00 a month on my mortgage. Phillip Pontnak is one of the nicest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He truly cared about my family and our situation. I would recommend him and this firm to anyone in a similar situation. Sandra S.

I was seriously considering him for mortgage modification. They are in North Carolina, and I am in Florida, and apparently they do it over the internet. (This in itself is scary!) When it came time to email our contract to me, his Loan Modification Consultant actually emailed someone else's contract to me, with her name and street address. Even with just this, I was able to do a simple Dogpile search and locate their client. I am in e-commerce myself, and we are very stringent about protecting our customers' security and privacy. I would think a law firm would be at least just as diligent as we are. Needless to say, I will seek representation elsewhere.
