I talked to this jerk on the phone. I found him be be extremely rude and arrogant, and ill prepared for our discussion. Trust your instincts and do not use this guy for any type of legal work. Plenty of good lawyers available elsewhere.(IMPORTANT NOTE: There is another "David Silva" who is an attorney in MA, who primarily handles real estate work. Do not confuse that attorney with this one. As far as I am aware, the other David Silva is a good real estate attorney, but have no personal experience.)
