Very rude. I was in tears aftet talking to him on more than one occasion. He didnt want to be an advocate. He did not listen to me when i told about w/c drs who minimized my injury. I was assaulted by a man in a psychiatric ward where i worked. The drs report said i was pushed or fell and hit my head. Marks never looked into reports from my psychologist about ptsd. He just accepted whatever they put on paper. He said i would probably get no or a very small settlement. When i went to another dr and he told the truth about my injuries they offered a settlement. Alan Marks didnt believe me!! He and his assistant were mean and uncaring.I wish i had done research before hiring him. He did notjing but tell me what i couldnt get....until that other dr saw me. Then he was happy...and he actually called me because his work had been done for him. I got a settlement which had some bad points to it. I had s mild brain injury and he acted like i was a bother to him.

this is a lazy person and will not get you a win...he likes to talk you the client into a loss for sure...he loves the QUICK EASY WAY OUT.....and that means a loss for the client.....its actually sad how he underperforms...i say these words because of my dismal experience of being caught in a web of ignorance and the need to trust an experience professional attorney.....if you are a potential client in any workers comp claim....pay attention to reviewers because thats the ONLY real way to get a feel of what an attorney offers.....word of mouth or word of fingers ...may be the best picture of attorneys like Mr. Alan J. Marks

I trusted this lawyer he betrayed my trust.I got injuried at work... Allen whos side are you really on sure isnt mines!!!! Hes agrees with what the WC doctors are saying about my injury I dont hurt for no reason......The same way I hired you.the same way Im.firing you!!!

they are the worst i hope no one will go threw what i had to go threw they gave me out bad infro.and tried to get me to lie to the labor board which almost cost me my job i told the truth to labor board and told them my lawer told me to say what i did.he even lied on my doctor.he said he tells all his clients to say what he told me.even labor board said he should not have told me that.he was in underhanded with my job.these people should not be giving out legal advice.and you can get in trouble with law lying to labor board
