Neil Weinrib is the best immigration attorney I have come across. He is professional,knowledgeable and responsive. I was referred to him by one of my friend and I am glad I choose him as my attorney. He and his team are outstanding.Neil has great team of knowledgeable attorneys.Recently lots of H1-B extn RFE's were issued and I was worried about mine too. However I received my approval in about two months which I was surprised. So great team work and knowledgeable team Neil possessed.Thanking him for H1-B extn approval.

I have known Neil for over 15 years. He is the sharpest, most caring, knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney that I know. I have referred him several matters and for each one he has "taken the bull bu the horns" and literally changed people's lives by getting them green cards, visas or whatever they need. He is truly an honorable attorney with great skills who produces phenomenal results each time. I highly recommend him to anyone with immigration needs.

Aweful experience. In short, Homeland Security misfiled my request to reschedule an interview, and Weinrib's firm missed that, nearly costing me my Greencard and work permit. For months I was in regular contact with Weinrib's firm to ask why we were not alloted a new interview date, and whether anything could be done to see where things stand. The consistnet answer from the firm was that I had to show patience and nothing could be done. Finally, two weeks before my work permit was about to expire, I contacted another law firm, which advised me on possible actions, which led me to learn that my Greencard application was denied because I hadn't showed up to the interview. Since nothing had been done on my behalf until then, the file was closed and sent to archives. Weinrib's firm then proceeded to demand more fees in order to rectify the situation that they exacerbated to begin with. In addition to poor advice, on at least two occasions I caught the firm lying to me.
