I've been fortunate enough to have had Neil and his team in my corner since my OPT after graduating back in 2005. Since then I've hired them for three 0-1 visas and soon we'll be working on my Green Card. Because of the reviews on this website, I nearly missed a golden opportunity, which was to hire Neil to work on my Green Card Application. Fortunately, for me, I talked to someone else who had had dealings with his law firm in the past. From the very first appointment Neil and his staff showed me kindness, reliability and honesty and got the job done. At no stage were there hidden costs nor lost documents and missed appointments. Neil Weinrib is a prince amongst men. On the day of our interview, I was expecting to be accompanied by a junior lawyer in his firm. That was not to be. Neil personally accompanied us to the interview. Recently, I saw him on the street helping tourists with directions, a task most New Yorkers, including myself find a tad tiresome. I have consulted lawyers on three continents. I can honestly without hesitation rate Neil Weinrib far superior to any lawyer I have known. My family and I feel blessed to have worked with Neil Weinrib and his staff.

Aweful experience. In short, Homeland Security misfiled my request to reschedule an interview, and Weinrib's firm missed that, nearly costing me my Greencard and work permit. For months I was in regular contact with Weinrib's firm to ask why we were not alloted a new interview date, and whether anything could be done to see where things stand. The consistnet answer from the firm was that I had to show patience and nothing could be done. Finally, two weeks before my work permit was about to expire, I contacted another law firm, which advised me on possible actions, which led me to learn that my Greencard application was denied because I hadn't showed up to the interview. Since nothing had been done on my behalf until then, the file was closed and sent to archives. Weinrib's firm then proceeded to demand more fees in order to rectify the situation that they exacerbated to begin with. In addition to poor advice, on at least two occasions I caught the firm lying to me.
