After interviewing several Attorneys I came across Todd Whiteley and after talking with him I knew from that moment my husband and I were in good hands we would have lost everything if not for Todd Whiteley He was fast acting and worked so hard for us , there are not enough words to say about how caring he is .. I feel because of Todd we have a new life we both cannot say thank you enough .its to bad the rating only has a 5 because he is truly a 10 !

Don't go a Bankruptcy alone without competent representation. Todd Whiteley provided the personable, professional services my wife and I were looking for. I researched numerous local attorney's, and in most cases found I was being shuffled onto an assembly line. Todd comes to you (or he's willing to meet at any location convenient to you). His fees are extremely reasonable and he truly gives you that personal level of service a customer deserves. I would not have wanted to walk into the creditors meeting without anyone other than Todd representing us.
