	7/23/10	3	1	2	1	1	Kim Karras is extremely condescending and talked down to me the entire conversation. Then she charged ridiculous amounts. Be warned, she does a lot of work for credit unions. She seemed more interested in protecting the credit union when she was supposed to be representing me and I was paying her!!
