Fired john mendoza after 1 week went to my jobs doctor 3 times and john memdoza told me they have to find a special dr to ttrat my back injury, excuse me how many back injury cases do u have? Im not the first then i realized there Bs so i went with another attorney stay away from these guys u have been warned

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED AND THOSE THAT ASSIST HIM SHOULD NEVER BECOME ATTORNEY'S AND OR HAVE THEIR LICENSE TAKEN AS WELL.

Bad bad bad!!! I'm in the process of firing this law firm. I'm injured and can't work. I have no income. Mr. Mendoza told me that I should seek employment elsewhere. Wtf?

Stay away from these people! They do not care about anything other than making a quick buck. I was a client of there's for a year, and I only spoke to my attorney two times. They don't inform you of vital information that will cause you to have to settle for less than what was PROMISED. Sean Vargas was my Attorney, and I was always passed to the paralegal named Marla. They are thoughtless careless blood sucking LAWYERS. DO NOT USE THEM. I had to settle for less then half of what I could have gotten because of there lack of communication and it's sad. I was scammed. I truly believe this.

I joined on with this so called law firm in june 2012. They have done absolutely nothing! I have a solid legit case where i might have to have a 2nd surgery. They never call and when i call they don't seem to know anything. After reading these reviews everything everyone is saying is true they are horrible! The few good reviews they have received are probably written by someone in the office. I am now seeking to see if someone else will take my case and also see what action i can take against this firm that is clearly misrepresenting and depriving people out of what they truly deserve! ALL BAD!!! Save yourself the heartache don't sign up!

If there was a zero rating that's what I would choose for attorney John Mendoza and his associates. I've had a WC case with then since 2005 and they have done NOTHING to get me what I am entitled to. I call and get to hold for 30-45 minutes. When someone finally answers they have no idea who I am or what I need. They only see what's on the screen and tell me to try back in a few days. I have left several messages to speak to Mr. John Mendoza himself and NEVER get a call back from him instead I have been told he doesn't handle these small cases. My case had been settled 3 different times at 3 different trials. With several different attorneys who don't even know or care to know my case. I believe I'm looked at as a dollar sign walking. During my last trial I was told I got an overpayment and now I am entitled to NOTHING and asked if I'd like to sell my future medical benefits! I'm very unhappy with this firm and will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to use them. Very unethical practice!!

Part 1. review the beginning ..today, i just signed up with Mendozas firm WC case. I did read all the bad reviews however my 1st communication and getting started with them has started out great. So ..I will continue to post as my case process continues. today I met with Sal and talked to Rick both exp were great professional.

Outstanding! My guess is Mr. Mendoza's competition has put a lot of effort into posting negative reviews... sad. They answered all of my questions. They resolved my case quickly. It was clear from being in court with them that the insurance attorneys highly respect them. Great result. I couldn't be happier.

funny how my gut feelings I thought would protect me, after my injury being i did not trust my employers, I thought it would be wise to get an attorney immediately, after speaking to an investigator, that was very warm and kind, until a guy rushed out to my apartment and had me sign the retainer in my parking lot, because he had to get back to long beach from Moreno valley,I was ok and understood this, with trust I would get those documents I signed as he stated. I tried to speak to this investigator again, totally different person,appeared to be rushed and had no time for me, it was my feeling telling me to look else where, this will not be a firm that i needed to represent me, being I was so afraid as to what was happening to me.I felt I better get out of here fast because I needed proper medical care not an attorney that looks at me as money, they way the made me feel, same thing tried firing him in for a week, finally sent a certified letter they responded a week after, now i got d

Horrible they told me they were no longer my attorney's after they collected their money in 2006 and just found out they still are and of course so they can try and collect on my lifetime medical benefits in the end after they let slip my rediscovery and never help me! Very unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone in fact I tell everyone not to use them! I will asking for a letter to release them! Hope this helps someone else and people who work in their office are not only rude but uneducated!

This law office is the worst...Been involved in Workers Comp case for 3 years...QME done, have gone to court 3 times with 3 different associates. H (notified of court date by opposing lawyers office not the office of John Mendoza)they never a call back, never anwser questions you have...It's like calling a call center for your local cable company. The only time I have spoken to someone in that office is because I have had to call and hold for 30 min to an hour just to get on the phone with someone reading from a computer screen..Was told that the Attorneys are only in the office on Fridays and I can see them only if I am there by 9 am. Never told the same thing. Thier Mission statement says that their clients are treated with competency, passion, and dignity. That is so far from the truth...They are treated like cattle, and an inconvience. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB as that seems the only way to get an anything done.....DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM YOU WILL BE SORRY.....

This law firm is absolutely the worst. I’M SURE THE POSITIVE REVIEW ON THIS SITE WAS WRITTEN BY JOHN MENDOZA, HIMSELF. Not only because I can't imagine anyone else writing such a review, but if you read it, it sounds like an advertisement. My experience with the law office of John A. Mendoza has been going on now for over 5 years and my case still hasn't been resolved. They will not return phone calls and the people who answer the phones at the office(after about 30 min on hold) don't have any information and cannot help you. They do not communicate with you at all! HE IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME HE HAD TOO MANY CLIENTS TO TALK TO EVERYONE, TO GIVE OUT HIS EMAIL ADDRESS, OR TO BE INVOLVED IN EACH CASE. Maybe he should take fewer clients so that he can serve the ones that he already has. He told me that he wins some and loses some, so it doesn't really matter to him if he loses a case here and there. BUT IT MATTERS TO ME IF THE CASE HE LOSES IS MINE!

Contrary to the other reviews, I had a great experience. My attorney was knowledgeable, understanding, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I think most people want an attorney to hold their hand, but since I've had 2 worker's comp cases already, there's really no need for that, as there's not much the attorney does until you finish your treatment. When I finished my treatment, my attorney was able to settle my case very quickly, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thanks

FIRED HIM AFTER 6 MO. OF NO SERVICE, NO RETURN CALLS, NO RETURN EMAILS, COULDN'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT I HAD WITH HIM EVEN AFTER DRIVING 2 1/2 HOURS EACH WAY TO SEE HIM. NEVER WENT TO COURT, AND AFTER I FIRED HIM, HE HAD THE GUTS TO FILE A $100,000 CLAIM WITH THE WORKMENS COMP BOARD FOR DOING NOTHING BUT WASTE OVER 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE. HE DID IT TO ME HE WILL DO IT TO YOU. THE STATE BAR ASSOC. IS INVESTIGATING MINE AND OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT HE'S LAW (OR LACK OF) FIRM.
