Doesn't return phone calls or answer letters in most cases. No contact at all for six weeks prior to my trial. Forget about my trial and had to be contacted by the court to be reminded; arrived over two hours late. Told me outside the courtroom before my jury trial that he was quitting. Also told me the week of my sentencing that he was quitting. Did not execute a written retainer agreement as required by law. Charges were removed from calendar at my trial without explanation and I was recharged. I had to hire a second lawyer to finish case.
