She didn't seem to know what she was doing except for billing, billing, billing. You ask her to update documents, she sits on it for two weeks (like she is doing something) and then send it untouched. She provides little advise and really does not add value. She starts things by=ut does not see them through to completion. Overall, a real mnightmare.
