Justice of the Peace Robert Walsh blocked the release of records of former Raiders star Henry Ruggs’ girlfriend, Kiara Jenai Kilgo-Washington, who was severely injured in the crash that horrifically killed an innocent person, Tina Tintor. Thank goodness that ruling was overturned by Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman.

Mr Robert walsh is an amazing an inpressive attorney. Even dealing in criminal defense. This man got a 2nd dui dropped in the city of henderson witch is unheard of! Even sat next too me in the court room cause i was so frightened. Resonable payment plan an always called bk the same day! He was so kind he even walked me to my car after the case was closed. I was refered to him by a friend whom was treated just as kindly. Will always refer him! Thank you mr walsh.

This lawyer is scum. He makes ambulance chasers look good in comparison. Do not hire this guy for anything. He is a crook and a criminal. He belongs in jail! He uses his appointments to the North Las Vegas justice court as a pro tem to soak you for money. And if you don't pay him, he will use his influence to destroy your case. This guy is truly the devil's advocate. No sleaze is too low for this scumbag.

For almost five years he had my case...almost $20,000 later still no satisfaction. He told me to find a lawyer in California, and stop penny pinching. He was nice enough to say we would not bill me for any more legal fees. What a joke.

Robert Walsh is the worst lawyer my we have ever dealt with. He never returned our phone calls. He filed 3 papers and said that was $2500 dollars. He did not even do what he was supposed to do! He did not put an amount on the papers (for child support) he put a percentage which really screwed us in Nevada because they want a specific amount. He made us feel like we were criminals and told my husband "well you have done this before in Arizona, don't you know what to do next?" He never filed the papers with the child support services here, we had to do it ourselves. He also told us at the end of the case when we were calling to ask him what the heck he did, that “we were not even going for child support, that would have been more money!” He didn't even know who were when we called him; he started talking about another case which had to do with a divorce! (All we were doing was filing for child support. BEWARE: He is a terrible lawyer and does not do his job. Do not use him!
