We had been recommended to Orton from a fellow Sonoma bus. person. We went to him when we were possibly going to be sued. He told us to file a chapter 11 and that would put the potential suit on hold until we could get an Attorney to represent us. We paid him in full. He never filed a plan with the court. He didn't show up to court proceedings. He NEVER did anything! I have heard from other people that have been through the same situation with this FRAUD. He should be disbarred. I do not understand why he is still practicing law???!!!
