They did. Not help me one bit, they not explain what could happen to me if I bankrupt instead they wanted my money and could careless if it was going to cost me over $16,000 for not waiting acouple of months before bankruting they did me a disservice.

The staff is really nice. They make you feel comfortable. I had a complex tax issue that they assisted me in getting on a payment plan. I would recommend them to friends.

What the other guy said "Fast Food" of the bankruptcy and loan modification world. Runs around like a chicken with his head cut off so he can prove he personally talks to every client. I thought I was in a factory. No thanks for the free consult.

This firm didn't even show up at the hearings! Trustee was going to dismiss my petition until I begged him not to. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS!!!

DeLuca & Associates did all of the legwork for us when we filed our bankruptcy. They got us the credit reports. They did everything. The staff was incredibly nice. We met with Mr. DeLuca for our initial consultation. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The firm was very professional and the process went incredibly smooth. I would highly recommend this firm.

The fast food lawyer of Las Vegas. My experience with our legal system is limited, but you would have to be deaf and dumb to not see what a sham this office is. You will never see Deluca, unless you watch tv. You will see a different attorney each visit, get diferent advice. Never felt like a client, just the number curently being served. DO NOT TRUST YOUR FUTURE TO THESE PEOPLE. Go with a small office, where you see the attorney whose name is on the door. I have told my wife I will not survive this situation. Bankruptcy is stressful enough without being treatedas just another source of income. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
