'2' for Knowledge because he seemed to have some basic experience but was not able to take care of a settlement handed to us by one of our credit card companies. '1' for Communication because he seldom replied to emails or returned phone calls. '1' for Tenacity as he was not able to follow through with a simple settlement handed to us from the credit card companies. 3 months of avoiding my communications just to find out that he hadn't been able to close a simple deal. '1' on Work Quality for not only fumbling a simple settlement but for also not being able to do simple book keeping. The book keeping errors of his ended up costing us twice his normal rate as opposed to the buddy rate he presented for my father being in his church group. '1' for Value as he handled one settlement for us, fumbled another that didn't end up leading to a settlement, and then ditched our agreement when I presented errors in his book keeping.
