this lawyer and his so-called assistant seem to be eager to help when you first meet them but after theyve been paid their fee, they seem to take their time filing court papers, etc. The lady who answers the phone has a bad attitude when you call to check the status of your case and most of the time she'll hang up on you before you can get a complete sentence out. Seriously, stay away from this one and find an attorney whose more professional and willing to get the job done and hopefully that attorney wont have a smartass secretary

Mr. Yount failed to file the proper child custody documents but told me that he had. He then repeatedly encouraged me to dismiss the "unfiled" documents. I have never recovered from his lax treatment. After he received his retainer he never called me again sending occasional notes of court dates from his secretary thru the mail. Bad-Bad.
