My father whose wrongful conviction for second degree murder was later overturned in the Ontario court of appeal under ANOTHER lawyer initially had Miller as his criminal trial lawyer but Miller did not defend him well in court, didn't call the available family witnesses to counter the false claims made by the crown attorney. Miller allowed the crown attorney to base their prosecution case entirely on fallacious argument without legally sound reasoning and to base the argument for the conviction on fabricated false evidence. The court of appeal later found this conviction to be based entirely on circular reasoning and impermissible circumstantial evidence so they overturned the conviction that this terrible incompetent "defense" lawyer made possible. Miller proved to be a cocaine addict who is willing to accept payment from the crown in exchange for allowing the poor defendant be convicted.

Frank is a bad lawyer with no intention of protecting his clients. He is easily influenced by the opposing counsel or possibly bought out. He called my charges ridiculous then refused to go over my disclosure with me and fifteen months later after doing absolutely nothing quite a week before my trial. I was arrested 3 days before my court date to press charges and show evidence of fraud from several local lawyers abusing our families estate which was no coincidence. He took it upon himself to take over my personnel charges against the lawyers which got dropped as he misled me on my court date. Then kept me obstructed from the police station and court house so I could not reinstate my charges for the lawyers. He is apart of this legal mafia that has plagued Ontario and destroyed our family. Google legal mafia it comes up Ontario lawyers. Lost tens of thousands of wages with Frank as a lawyer as he kept me with strict conditions on ridiculous charges.

This man stepped up when I was left hanging and misrepresented by another lawyer, he truly stepped up and fought for me. I would use him anytime the situation arose, and I had a need for his service. He is like a pitbull in court, pick this man!
