Calling him a snake in the grass would be an insult to the snake! Doesn't seem to practice law, but rather uses sneaky tricks to confuse people, including his own clients. Beware, his first loyalty is to himself, lining his bank account at everyone else's expense.

Useless liar that gave incorrect info and had the audacity to charge me thousands of dollars for doing nothing. There is still a lis pendens on my house title despite him telling me it would not be there when my ex died. Now I can't sell my house. Thanks for nothing.

He would not answer my questions. He would make me think that he would represent me then change his mind, which happened a few times. In the end I got a huge bill for no service rendered. Extremely arrogant. Did not think I should have any concern for my business even though I own half of its shares and the only thing I could deduce was that it was because I was a woman.

This individual has the unfortunate combination of laziness, arrogance, inability to grasp basic legal tenets, excessive charges to justify his existence at Miller Thomson and lack of conscience where his clients are concerned.
This of course spells disaster for his clients. Stay well clear of this man and his firm!
