This is the worst mistake I have ever made in my entire life. This man is the absolute worst when it came to advocating for my girls best interest. If I could post all the horrifying mistakes he made for my case I would. I lost money and I lost valuable time in dealing with this attorney.
When I replaced this attorney I realized his limited knowledge and his lack of ability to truly represent my case in court. My fabulous new attorney didn't understand many of the things that were done by Donald Gerber.
Please if you are considering him to represent you please please please BEWARE of what you are getting yourself into. I was a single mother of 2 beautiful girls. It was tough enough to make ends meet as it was. This attorney wasted my hard earned money and time.
There are many attorneys out there be sure to get one that is worth spending your money on because this one is not.

Mr. Gerber has provided me with sound legal advice throughout my contentious divorce. Together we have tried very hard to finalize, but unfortunately the other party refuses to negotiate or settle, and believes he hasn't done anything wrong and continues to attack, blame, and ignore anyone who doesn't agree with him.

For the last three years attorney Donald Gerber has unprofessionally worked my divorce. Donald Gerber is dishonest and incompetent. He is not ethical lying to the court, other lawyers and his clients. He is always late and has omitted information for my case. He has deliberately delayed the resolution of my divorce wasting everyone's time and money. I would not recommend Donald Gerber. See others' google reviews.

Gerber did not file court papers timely. Always late or omitted. Came to court disheveled & unshaven. His secretary is a crazy nightmare of a woman. Refused to let me speak to him and lied about almost everything. Gerber went to court 3 times and lost BADLY each time. Didn't make good arguments. Used the excuse that he was caring for his wife -who had a head injury - as a reason he wasn't prepared for court. The Judge admonished him about yelling, talking out of turn, not filing timely, not paying filing fees, and a several other "procedural problems" he created by not doing his job properly. It's in the transcript. When I asked him about it - he lied and blamed a prior paralegal for the mistakes. The man should not be practicing law anymore. He's had it & just seems interested in getting more ugly art for his office. I paid him $3,900 to lose a lot of ground. Went In Pro Per and resolved it in less than 2 months. Gerber said it'd take him 2 years & wanted more money.
