No communication...won't answer phone, changed address did not inform me of it, won't respond to email, or written communication. I understand he had personal problems and I am truly sorry for that but as a professional there needs to be some form of communication even if it is through a secretary, email broadcast ...something! I have no idea where my case stands-if I even have a case anymore. If you can no longer do your job, fine, let your clients know and get out of business.

He is nice and understanding, but as soon as he gets his retainer you may not see him very often. It took me 2 weeks to set an appointment and he didn't show up. Dont call, message machine is always full.Response to emails is usually "call me to talk".
