Diamond and Diamond were horrible. They subbed out my case to Grillo Law firm. They came to my house 6 days after my initial call. Not impressed. Their clerk spelled my last name wrong, my date of birth wrong and the date of the accident wrong! Needless to say, FIRED!! I switched to Smitiuch Injury Law and they were brilliant. Best move I ever made. I was treated with respect, dignity and they care. And they spelled my name right!!!

Jeremy diamond is nothing like his commercials say. He does not do cases he sends them out to other law firms. When we signed up with him it took forever before he contacted us. I am so glad that we went to another law firm that did an excellent job for our case. I would NOT recommend him or his firm to represent anything.

I had an unfortunate accident at a hospital in Oakville. As a result, I lost my job and wasn't sure how I was going to pay the bills. A friend recommended that I try to go after the hospital and insurance for damages but it was an uphill battle. I got attacked by an animal at a park in Scarborough (which should have been on its leash). It was awful and I unfortunately suffered a lot of pain. I didn't how a lawyer could help (or what it would cost) but I reached out to Jeremy Diamond. Jeremy and Sandra came to my house and walked me through. They put in a lot of time and were in constant contact. While I have never used any other personal injury lawyer before, I would definitely recommend Jeremy at Diamond and Diamond.
