I highly recommend this lawyer. Both attorney Morello and his paralegal were amazing to work with. Not only did Herb give me his cell phone so that I could contact him at anytime about my divorce and custody case, he got me more than I had expected in terms of spousal support and child support. Let me also add that he got me FULL custody of my son as well. Herb was there for me every step of the way, and made sure I was informed of each step in the divorce process. His paralegal Shawn was also wonderful throughout the entire case. You will absolutely make the right choice hiring Herb Morello for any legal issue

I highly recommend this lawyer. I had a legal problem that 3 other lawyers told me I had no chance of getting a good result. Attorney Morello took on my case and did better than I was even hoping for. I was able to get in touch with him as I needed because he gave me his cell phone number which I've never even heard of a lawyer doing. In the court room he was extremely aggressive and fought for me at every turn. He is worth every penny if you need to hire a lawyer.

This guy only cared about the money. He refused to call back, his receptionist would say he got the message and yet nothing. He let my case slip and now I'm considering suing him for malpractice. Don't trust this guy, he's a mess!

These comments couldn't be more untrue from my representation by Attorney Morello. He handled my complex divorce great, was attentive to my file, returned my calls, emails and texts promptly. He could be reached on his cell phone also even on weekends. He knew the facts of my case and fought diligently for me in court. His paralegal and support staff were helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend him to anyone and have already to many friends and even family. I cannot recall any negative experience during my long litigation.

Its been over three months and numerous messages and I still haven't heard back from him...not even once. He was supposed to save my house, instead it was sold with out me even knowing.

I agree with every post on here. I contacted this attorney for a month straight leaving messages and setting appointments. He finally called me two months later. There was always an excuse with him and his office. Only wants your money. I believe he doesn't care about you or your family. Gave me horrible advice. Not well prepared. He will find away to not do what you want him to do. He looks out for the other person lawyer calling t professional courtesy but the other lawyer never showed him professional courtesy back. And a lawyer that will attack and will be a pit bull in the court room stay away. It's more like you work for him and not him working for you. If u OU do decide to retain him find another attorney to over look his wok before he moves forward on anything.

BAD, BAD, BAD!!! He will take your money and you will never hear from him again. He gave me the WRONG advise. Ruined my family. Cared NOTHING about what happened to my child. I would NEVER recommend this attorney and don't expect to get a phone call back from him, EVER. Waste of money and legal advise. Clearly only became a lawyer to collect peoples money. Such a shame when people are in such a hard position and kids are involved and you don't know who to trust to help!!

Bad work. He did not advise me on what he was doing with my case. He did not give me copies of any of the records. His staff was rude to me on the phone. Did not take my domestic violence issues in my divorce seriously. Because of that, I was later arrested for domestic violence because of a false charge by my ex. Not protecting our family from my ex put all of us in danger. Did not help me protect my disabled daughter by helping to draw up a trust for her. I ended up finalizing the divorce myself. Do NOT use this lawyer!!! Divorce is hard enough without a lawyer who just does not care.
