As a magistrate she is worse. I was divorced in 2001. From 2000 to 2016 I paid my ex $3000/mo. NO KIDS! I stupidly agreed to pay for life. I retired in 2017 and stopped paying and went to court. My ex accrued over $700,000 in retirement benefits and savings, got house and car. Has not worked in over 18 years. Webber said all that is irrelevant and I must continue to pay $3000/mo plus penalties. Webber judgement allowed her to seize my retirement savings, $40K and 60% of my SSI. She is TERRIBLE!!!

She was the GAL in our case. We had eye witness and video evidence of abuse and she still favored the other party. Found out later that they are friends.

I had Marci for my divorce. Her partner was recommended to me but was unavailable, so I thought she would be the same quality. My case should have been cut and dry with my ex and her mental/criminal record, but I ended up paying for a dragged out divorce and in the end, I made arrangements with my ex to finalize the divorce and our laywers were not happy with it. Communication was poor and she would not listen to me. Told me she would take care of it and never did. Don't make the mistake and pay her. She isn't worth 1/3 of what she charges. I am just glad it is over.

I have had the same experience with Marci that the other two people have had. She met with my children one time in four years and charged $4000.00 in that time. My kids are required to spend time with their father who has ignored every court order over 4 years, including items related to the children. He verbally abuses them and I am sorry but that is about as bad as physical abuse. My kids are both in counseling because of the abuse and everything they have seen but there has been no consequences for their father, just them.

I too had the same experience with her. She saw my son 1 time in 2 years and told the judge she was doing all the required visits and research everytime we went to court. She even ordered us to have Evaluation which cost us about $4k each. The doctor who did the evaluation told me that "Our Guardian" had no knowledge of our case after working on it for as long as she did. She never returned calls or emails when we had parenting issues. Why is someone like this still in practice??? How can they be a Guardian and only see a child (1) time...(1) time. She never even did a home visit. I spend $6K on this person to protect my son...his father spend more. And she did nothing for us. I wouldnt trust this person with my life. This is total injustice.

She was appointed as Guardian ad Litem for my sons. She did zero research or follow up on the information provided. Did not complete in home inspection of my ex as requested. Lied to Magistrate saying she had completed all research. I would not entrust this attorney with your family. She does not follow through to ensure she has a full picture of what is going on. She didn't even meet my children until 3 days before our court date. She met them for a total of 30 minutes. She made a very weak recommendation my son come back home with me but provided zero reason other than no rules at his dad's house. My ex is abusive, has no job/income, and a completely unstable residential history. The magistrate let him stay with my ex because she had no knowledge of any of this. Ms. Webber didn't provide any of the documentation I supplied to her. I completely wasted my money on this one.
