Daniel Romano has been helping me for years with my case. I appreciate that he always responds quickly and follows up to make sure that I have received my payments and that I am OK. I can’t speak highly enough of Mr. Romano, who I have come to think of as a friend, not just an attorney.

I tired this lawyer as well. Not picking up the phone and just all about money. He is not a good lawyer over all.

I was supposed to meet with Mr. Romano for the evaluation of my case. I wanted to change my present lawyer for innapropriate fees (phone calls did not match in lenght and number with the adverse party and lots of file revision) he explained me how their fees were reasonable but to have more info I would need to pay 287$ with taxes. He told me they will be 3 for the evalutation. Once there, he was not available and only one, Mrs Sadeg attended. She was supposed to give me an appreciation of it: my chances of having an indemnity, see why I was schedules 2 times and not 1 into court.etc. None of it was answered and she said to give her the documentation, they will scan it, read it and informed me. She did not. I made a phone follow up and the secratary told me I have then to make a deposit of 5000$ to get more info. 30 minutes after I received a letter saying they will not take the file! All they have done was to take my money. I was not told the truth and left empty handed.

A friend recommended me this firm and I am very happy they took my case. Mr. Daniel Romano represented my interests and I was very happy with the service they provided. I was impressed how well they communicate both orally and written. After having worked my case for a certain time to get familiar with details and investigate the potential solutions I knew I was in good hands! He provided me solutions and things I should be aware of that my previous lawyer didn't even mention. I am very happy Kalman Samuels and Associates represented my case. I am very happy with the result. The team I have met impressed me how dedicated and hard working they all are. I agree with previous comment that sometimes it might be hard to reach Mr Romano directly and you end up leaving a message but he returns calls within very short time. I had heard many good things about this firm and was very impressed with Mrs. Samuels whom I met in their old office on Fort Street.I deal with Attorney Daniel Romano.
Mr Romano is very dedicated, professional and hard working. The team seem strongly motivated by principles. Attorney Romano is very polite and friendly, until we start talking “business”. Then he completely changes and becomes very focused on the issue at hand. I was most impressed with his ability to communicate–exactly what I want in my lawyer. I was actually proud to have him on my side and to hear my position being explained in his words.
On the other hand, he is extremely busy and I rarely reach him directly on the first try when I call. But he always calls back promptly. Also, he does not carry a cell phone (or doesn’t admit to it anyway). I only know a little about other attorneys from that office but they seem friendly and professional from the little I have dealt with them. I would recommend the firm.

This is a self rating. I am the attorney Daniel Romano in question. I am posting this to counter what appears to be an attack by the opposing party who is not happy with the excellent results we recently obtained against him. Please note that I did not give myself a perfect score. I did my best to be objective. If you are curious as to why I submitted these marks, please do not hesitate to contact me. Here are some hints: KNOWLEDGE - there is a lot to know in law. I only know a small fraction. But I know where to look and how to find the information. TENACITY- If your position in law is not strong, I will tell you early on rather than waste your time and money fighting a battle with little chance of victory. WORK QUALITY - In the interests of saving time and money for our clients, we sometimes do cut corners, but never in a way that could harm the client's chances of victory. I hope that this proves helpful.
