My family and I believe that Mr. Mckenzie was not interested in our relatively small case of review of a family trust and will of our deceased mother. He wanted to sell us more expensive services, and was not clear and forthright in answering our questions. He clouded the issues in our opinion to keep us scheduling office visits. He knows that "knowledge is power", and that we needed specific answers. His staff did not return our phone calls or e-mails promptly, then they pointed the finger at one another. Mr. Mckenzie, in our opinion can be condescending. We do not recommend him.
