Tammy Gattis is an absolute God-send! She was over prepared for my case in the courtroom and it was impressive to say the least! She and her staff made certain that I stayed in the loop about what was being sent and received & always made sure I understood the legal side of why and how things needed to be done. I hired her because of being referred by one of her former clients. Ms. Gattis will now forever be my go-to person if I need any legal help in the future. The whole group at Owings Law Firm are always so nice, understanding, and have really become a part of our family now. Like any other law firm, I had to sign a contract when I first hired Ms. Gattis, but it very specifically stated how she and her staff billed. She sent me monthly itemized statements showing exactly what had been done on my case and it showed how much time was put into each item. I loved that because I knew that my money wasn't being wasted! Top notch people and top notch service!

This attorney charged us for work that was never done. After thousands of dollars and just 10 days before the court case was to be heard she filed a motion to be relieved based on hearsay. She also never filed paperwork in court that she said was taken care of. She will also threaten you with a defamation lawsuit if you post anything bad about her. This is bullying. If you hire her and you don't don't get the services you paid for, the Arkansas Committee of Professional Conduct will not help they are in league with each other.
