Ben Wallis III,is the best lawyer in Texas.His ethics are impeccable .He is prompt and professional. And is not greedy or on an ego trip!He handled a very difficult and lengthy Elder guardianship case for me and I lived in another city as well as did the great Aunt that was in question. Natalie and Carol that work in his office are excellent!They are nice and really care about you and the situation at hand. They return calls promptly and are quick to give you any messages or updates that are important .I would highly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Wallis Jr handled my divorce case professionally, courteously and promptly, so much so that I returned to have my will prepared and discuss the proper way to legally manage my company. The advice I received was invaluable! His staff, particularly Carol, was very helpful and polite. They made me feel very comfortable, insuring that I received personal attention and never felt like "just any case". Even with two other attorneys in the office he did not "pawn" me off to an underling. I can’t say enough wonderful things and I am grateful to have found an attorney that can take care of me, my family and all aspects of my personal and business life. Thank you Ben & Carol!!!
