Mr. Bullard represented me for felony attempt burglary case with 3 misdemeanor petty theft priors. From the moment I called, he obtained the case information and set up bail bond for me. After one agonizing year dealing with the DA, my case was dismissed at the preliminary hearing. He is not like any other lawyers; I developed a trusting relationship with him almost immediately and the fees are very reasonable. Jeff is experienced, comfortable addressing a courtroom and puts in the time it takes to get the job done. He kept me well informed and responded promptly via text/email. To reduce my charge to misdemeanor would have been a good outcome given my priors, I am so grateful for the dismissal. I keep his number in the phone for future legal needs and I highly recommend Mr. Bullard.

I was charged with felony spousal abuse. Mr. Bullard agreed with me from day one that my wife lied to police and the evidence proves that she lied. After many frustrating months of dealing with a lazy DA, the judge finally lowered the charge to a misdemeanor and from there the new DA agreed that there wasn't a case and moved to have it dismissed. Throughout this entire ordeal, Mr. Bullard kept me informed and kept on the DA. I think if I would have let a PD take my case the outcome would have been different. I highly recommend Mr. Bullard.

Hired Mr. Bullard to represent my mother in her California DMV driver's license revocation case. How refreshing to start off with an attorney who answers his own phone. He was sympathetic to my Mom's predicament, seemed interested in the case, and offered that he was experienced and prepared to handle this type of litigation. During my initial telephone consultation he clearly explained his fee and detailed what would be covered. The price of the prospective work was reasonable and the extent of same comprehensive. Throughout the case Mr. Bullard went "the extra mile" to effect a favorable outcome for us. His preparation was copious and detailed. Moreover, Mom really liked him and was more than satisfied with the representation she received - both in his personal interview and at the DMV hearing itself. Further, his work resulted in a successful outcome. No surprise there. In the future, I will not hesitate to seek him out for my legal needs.

I personally called around looking for a good defense attorney to take on my dui probation violation case. I had called around and most of the attorneys were overpriced out of my budget, not until I called Jefferey Scott Bullard. He not only quoted me a fair attorney cost, but he was different than all the other lawyers I had called around. He was very attentive, listened to me and was very well organized. Anytime I needed him for advice, whether it is via phone or email, he was on it. I don't think i went more than 5 minutes without hearing back from him and that speaks alot! I violated my dui probation by not enrolling in the work release program and my warrant was almost 2 years old. I didn't pay my dui fine as well. I faced jail time. Jeffrey went to court for me, and I avoided jail time. He got me re-instated to my original probation sentence. I was facing 6 months in jail and did not have to go back to jail which i'm thankful for because of him. I highly recommend him

Jeff was amazing! He gathered all my information and case information during our first conversation and started working on it immediately.He kept me updated the entire time and also shared his plan of attack. His response time was amazing,I always heard from him with 24hrs. He won my case for me and I can say he is worth every penny!

I also have no idea who the 7/7/10 post is referring to either. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the law. As far as communicating with his clients, when handling my matter, HE would take the initiative to call me to keep me informed!! Jeff's work on my matter was nothing less than outstanding and the best resolution possible (as a direct result of his attention to detail and vigilant defense of my case). I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff Bullard and the Law offices of Michael A. Scafiddi.

I have no idea who the anonymous individual of 7/7/2010 is talking about. Based upon my experience with this attorney, I am convinced we can't be talking about the same indiviual. This attorney is very knowledgeable about the law. He is one of the few attorneys who does communicate with his clients. In fact, he always returned my call. As far as his ability in the court room, I could not have been more pleased with his level of competence and demeanor. As far him being a stuttering "attorney" that is far from the truth. He argued a motion for me and was persuasive, knew the law, and came across as being well-respected in the courtroom. I think it is ridiculous that someeone would say the things that they did. All I know is that the attorney named Jeff Bullard who represented me, could not be the same person the previous poster was referring to. Very satisfied with my experience and sad to see someone say such untrue things about my attorney!!!

He does nothing for you in the courtroom. He talks a good talk to suck you into hiring him ("Oh, I know this DA, I know this judge...", blah, blah) but once he hits the courtroom his confidence level plummets and he becomes a stuttering mess in front of the judge. Biggest waste of money. A public defender would have worked harder and done better than this joke of an "attorney."
