I agree with the statements below... MaRia does not return phone calls, emails, text or anything else you can think of... at first she will act as though she's your best friend and cares about your case... once she gets paid she's out... and there is always an excuse... let's just say I've been waiting 8-9 months for my attorney fees... it's like she's borrowing from Peter to pay Paul... I'm about to flip out and hire another attorney to sue her!

Please do your research before hiring this attorney! She has been disciplined by the Florida Bar for a reason. Absolute worst experience of my life..and that's putting it nicely.

Horrible lawyer does not return phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner. Does not get the facts before working on what needs to be done. DO NOT waste your money with her.

I paid this attorney almost $7000 to help me through a VERY ROUGH divorce & child custody battle. She pretty much fought for my ex husband. I am STILL batteling with child custody because of her. She is VERY unorganized & unprofessional. Now my daughter is going through a lot of bad times living with her father. All because she didnt do her job as an attorney!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER HIRE THAT WOMAN!!

see attached. In it for money and herself. not for client. also had conversations with opposising client stating she was not going to persue the wants of her client. underminded my case. see florida bar for more info

I paid a lot of money to this attorney for her to never return phone calls, not tell me what she was doing on my case and when I would not bow down and do what she wanted she put blame everywhere but where it should be on her. She broke attorney/client privlage by talking to my wife and having her sign my name to court papers. She also talked to my ex- wifes attorney over the phone about a porposal and did not get it in writing which is very unprofessional.It was my case not my wifes. By sure to do a complete back ground check before you hire this attorney.
