I hired Mr Chucker when faced with a DUI charge recently. I blew a .05 on the road and was given 6 field sobriety tests, but in the station a second test gave me a .10. Mr Chucker was straight-forward about the situation, his approach and possible outcomes. Although he is busy, he still made time to contact me to discuss questions and status. During the court date, Mr Chucker was there and represented me fully. In all, he got my case reduced to reckless and some fines. I couldnt ask for a better result.

Well, to negate the last person's comment..1)Bart Chucker only charged me $3,000 so him being $3,800 minimum is false...2) He does call back once you leave him a voice mail and I spoke with him a good 6-8 times as we tried different things to lower my DWI (you have to realize lawyers have other clients and are busy)...3) I agree that a lot does have to do with the people he knows around the area which I don't get why that's a bad thing because it helped in my situation...4) THE BEST PART! He was able to knock down my once in a lifetime mistake of a .12 BAC to a reckless with a 3month suspension with only 2 wknds of jail time (No ASAP, No "mandatory" ignition interlock, No Car Insurance tripling).....Sooo you can only imagine the amount of money I saved so the $3,000 was completely worth it..If you have a clean record as I did, I recommend you make Bart your Lawyer as other reviews stated...He will get you the best case scenario...HELL in my case, he did the impossible..ask him yourself

Just the fact that you hire this guy gives you points with the prosecutor and the judge. He is expensive, but it's worth every penny because he will get you the best possible outcome that is available. If you don't like the results, it's because your in a crappy situation, and no matter what you get, it's probably going to suck. Bart is also a great lawyer to deal with on a personal level.

He has contacts, which is pretty much the only thing you should pay him for. So hard to get in contact with him! Although my case worked out in my favor, I don't think he was worth the $4000 since I got to talk to him probably less than 4 times.

I couldn't disagree more with the previous post. Bart Chucker saved my bacon on a DUI/DUI Refusal charge this year. Bart had my DUI charge reduced to a reckless driving conviction due to his persistence and tough negotiations with the prosecutor. In my experience, all lawyers are extremely busy and it is near impossible for them to talk about an individual case for an extended amount of time before the trial. That's just how it is. But I guarantee Bart and his team will get you the best result possible for your case in court where it matters. I also worked with his co-attorney, Matt Geary, who worked with the same tenacity and vigor as Bart for my case. Overall, I highly recommend Chucker Reibach to anyone who finds themselves in a similar dilemma to mine. They genuinely care about each case and will do whatever necessary to get the best result. The charge reduction really was a life changer for me and I can't thank Bart and his team enough.

1) Costs minimum of 3800. 2) Bart will not show up himself in most cases and will send his underling attorney Reibach 3) Most likely they will talk to the arresting officer and the prosecuter and try to get a reduced sentence which you could do yourself or pay another lawyer less than 3800 to do 4) they actually don't seem to use their knowledge of the law as much as they use their relationships with others to help you out 5) they themselves will not contact you at all during the process 6) very slow to get back to you if they do 7) expect payment in full up front before Bart will talk to you 8) You will likely not hear from Bart after the office visit 9)Reibach is not worth the 3800 so tell Bart that he will need to be at court if you still decide to use this firm. Overall there are many lawyers out there that specialize in traffic law so don't be mislead by his price. Price in this case does not equal quality.
