I retained David Schermer to help me with an ongoing problem with my ex. She was clearly in contempt of court and David, instead of representing me, acted as judge and jury, made a settlement I didn't agree with, and then resigned as my attorney. The facts and the law were very clear and he was unwilling to fight for me. Lazy, tired, burned out, I don't know but he certainly did not represent me ethically.
