Mr Pena was effective right up until he had his retainer. Good luck ever hearing from him again. His assistant is hardworking but can also be elusive. At one point i had to contact the other parties attorney just to make sure i wasnt in contempt of court. If you must use him wait until after the case is settled.

This guy does not coordinate well with client. he looks like if he is on cocaine in the mornings. does not show the knowledge as opposing. i do not recommend going to this guy because not only does he overcharge and not complete the job, but engages in bad language to the client with insult. this guy will make you feel like you are really not wanted. bottom line is that he wont even try to defend you.
