Brad and his paralegal Kelly are one of a kind, the most amazing team out there. When I originally hired Brad, I immediately felt comfortable and knew he was the perfect lawyer for me. I explained my case and he had a completely different answer than any of the other lawyers that I had spoken to, he was honest and explained all of the possible outcomes to me rather than telling me exactly what I wanted to hear. He has now had my difficult and complex case for almost three years and has stuck by my side the entire time. Both Brad and Kelly have always acted with the upmost integrity and have always been available and willing to answer any questions that I may have, explain all processes to me and support me no matter what I decided to do. Brad has taken the time to know my case inside and out and is beyond prepared when we go to court to fight for what is best for me and my children. I could never begin to thank either of them enough for what they have done for my family.

Do not hire Brad Crider!! He works on the 11th hour, is never prepared and does not return phone calls! I had 3 or 4 meetings scheduled via telephone. I waited for hours each time and he never called. He didn't show for a scheduled hearing. He sent another lawyer who was 25 minutes late. I had no representation. He was late for sending in exhibits to the court so they were not admissible. My original divorce decree stipulated that I was to keep my house. Because of Brad, I am now losing my house. He was not prepared again at our last hearing. We had to confer outside the hearing room. The judge was upset with him every time because he was not prepared. I should have fired him earlier, but he kept saying he wasn't going to charge me. So he's a liar also. I paid this man over $29,000 for nothing! Then I had to pay close to $9,000 for additional opposing counsel fees and interest!

I am forever grateful that I found Brad and his staff to represent me in my family court proceedings. He has represented me in all the family court matters thus far. I called his office in a moment of desperation as things with my ex were spiraling out of control. Brad took the time to let me cry it out and then assured me we would work towards the best possible outcome. He developed a plan and executed it flawlessly. This is the lawyer you want in your corner!! He will defend you and at the same time maintain his composure as well. He is well respected by our judge, and is a power house in the court room when necessary. Brad has led me to victories big and small in court. Brad has an incredible staff as well. They are highly skilled and well organized. This team wont sell you false hope, they will be brutally honest with you when it comes to your case. However, they will go above and beyond to get the best possible result. They work diligently in their efforts to alleviate their clien

Brad Crider is the best Family Law Attorney there is hands down. If any attorney you use doesn't know anything about the judge you’re going in front of (unless he/she is new), then run away because they are probably not a very experienced attorney.
I was awarded Sole Legal Decision Making & with Mother having Supervised Parenting Time. It was a total 360 of what I had.
Communication: Schedule appointments with Brad and/or Kelly & have your questions written down prepared ahead of time or send them as an email all at once. Emailing them every hour is not the best use of your money or their time, trust me.
Financial Costs: Brad, is very reasonable compared to others and is definitely better than them. He is not out to nickel & dime you but to get results. Your money will be best spent here, don't waste your time on craigslist, don’t do it.
Court Filings: Brad is willing to do what you need to do, but he will caution you as to what you shouldn't do and/or the consequences if you

Brad was super helpful when I first talked to him about what all was needed to file for divorce and draft a consent decree. He was very open and honest and only charged me for a 30 minute review of the documents I put together. He's extremely knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that he would fight pretty hard if your case required it. Don't hesitate to hire Brad- you'll be glad you did!

Brad was great! Took the facts of the case and ran it into the end-zone. He will even fight to spend as little time as possible in court, saving you money! Honestly couldn't of asked for a better result given the circumstances.

Well, where do I start I lost my little boy I didn't see him for nearly 4 months and accused of being a monster so I decided to take legal action and I found Brad. This man had my back 110% the hole way and I wouldn't pick anyone else. The way him and his paralegal Kelly they don't play games they fight tooth and nail for you and they treat like a person, like family almost. Because of them I get to see my little boy and I can never thank them enough

Brad helped me with my divorce, custody, visitation, etc. My divorce was not amicable and my ex was difficult to say the least. I hired Brad because he didn’t come across as cut throat (attorneys just fighting each other basically to “win” while their head and your bill grows, which by the way causes an even greater divide between the parties). My divorce was very stressful, emotional and created a lot of daily anxiety. Brad has a calming personality. Brad is a good guy and level headed. Fortunately, we never went to trial but if you need a trial lawyer, I’ve heard from several sources Brad is good. Brad has a likeable personality and is competent and quick on his feet. I would choose an attorney who the judges respect over one who is adversarial with everyone. Remember, if you go to trial, the judge decides your fate. He also works with and has relationships with competent individuals to help along the way (mediator, paralegal, business partners, etc.)

Brad was a great lawyer! This was my second time going to court for a child custody case. I was not impressed with my first lawyer I searched for a new one and found Brad and was glad I did. Brad was very supportive and made sure I knew all the possible outcomes. I was very nervous going into the courtroom but Brad made sure I knew what was going to happen and how to handle it. He represented my case very well and I was very impressed with him. I have already referred a friend who is going through a custody battle himself I hope he uses him as I believe Brad could help his case as well!

Brad represented me in a child custody and support case, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and demeanor. I was a first-time mother with an infant at the time, fearful for the fate and safety of my child and very in knowledgeable about the legal aspects of my situation. Brad was calm and supportive, ensuring to educate me of my rights and the potential outcomes as we worked toward the goal of keeping my child safe and in my care. In the end, we were able to achieve my most-desired outcome of having my child's father terminate his rights. Brad helped alleviate my fears, keep my emotions in check, all the while working diligently and efficiently through the legal side of the process. I've referred others to him and will continue to do so. I think highly of him as a person and a skilled attorney.

I do not believe Brad Crider represented me properly. He did not return several of my phone calls/emails. I am a single mom of 4 and paid him over $10,000. He was always to laid back and I do not feel he stood up and fought for me knowing all that I was going through.

My custody battle nightmare began with my children being taken from my home based on my ex-wife's false allegations. I am so grateful to have had Brad work on my case. His hard work, persistence and attention to detail resulted in having all my children returned to me. I could never say enough regarding his work in and out of the court room. He went above and beyond what I ever expected and I would easily recommend him to anyone requiring legal help.

Brad Crider has completely put my life back on track after a near miss with a divorce that resulted in a reconciliation thanks to Brad's timely and professional work in counter filing for divorce in Arizona and having my kids and wife return to Arizona. After losing my career of 15 years, Brad has also gotten my unemployment insurance reinstated, the overpayment reversed, and the status of fraud due to voluntary quit reversed in an appeals court decision this week. Had Brad not gotten these decisions reversed I would be prevented from being hired under the multiple job offers with the federal government that have been presented to me this week. Brad is highly efficient and has a calm head under pressure in court that helps the testimony flow smoothly and accurately. He also does his research and guides his clients well in doing their own. Brad never tries to overcharge his clients and gains their utmost trust. Brad is the most honest, ethical, efficient, and effective attorney.

Brad is awesome! He stepped in when I had agreed to what a mediator came up with as a divorce agreement. Brad was able to have that agreement overturned. He then represented me in my divorce and procured for me a much more fair decree with reasonable child and spousal support. Through it all, he was kind and supportive, and always kept me informed on where the case was going. He fought hard to obtain a better outcome for myself and my children. Hiring Brad was the best thing I could have done for myself and my family. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a family law attorney.
