Ms Sandhya Tulshyan was our Mediator.
She was instrumental in getting us reach an agreement cordially and saving us thousands of dollars in attorney fees. She provided telephonic consultations. She was very flexible in scheduling appointments.
I found her very professional, impartial and objective. She suggested us on regular trends for similar cases. This was immensely helpful.
Myself and my spouse found it difficult to communicate with each other independently. Ms Sandhya patiently moderated our hours lengthy negotiations and provided us the framework to settle our issues in a friendly fashion.
She also ensured that both of us do not forget the interest of our kid.
Lastly, I will appreciate her professionalism and ethics where her focus was on helping us reach a consensus amicably rather than making most money by dragging on the mediation process.

I was very happy with Sandhya. There were times when I went to the office with an attitude not because of her but because of my ex husbands lawyer and Sandhya never gave up on my case or I. She is very down to earth and genuine. Sandhya really cares about you and not the money. When she gives you homework to do do it. I was so lucky to have had Sandhya representing me. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. Sandhya might be little but she is tough. She will fight tooth and nail for you.

The legal issues I had Sandhya Tulshyan represnt me on were handled expertly.One Sandhya's skillsare most certainly her knowledge of the law, and the workings of a court room. Sandhya was able to communicate to me what was going to happen during every step of my proceedings, what was expected from me and how she was going to move forward. Nothing came to me as a shock or surprise. I was prepared for every step, largely because of Sandhya's tenacity, skills and work ethic. He was extremely honest, so much so that when I told him that my wife and I were in counseling, he advised me not to file yet because divorce is so final. Sandhya did an excellent job with my divorce case and therefore I decided to hire again for my realstate matter with my ex-husband. Sandhya uncovered over 3,000 in fees my ex-husband was trying to make me cover. She fought all the way to have those fees removed and get me every dime that I was entitled to. She worked late afternoons and kept me informed every step of the way. She is very caring and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

After having gone through two different attorneys at other law firms, I am thankful that my case was finally handled by Ms. Sandhya Tulshyan at the Jeffrey Peltz law office. I was very stressed regarding my immigration status but she took the time to answer all my questions, presented all legal options I had, and advised what was best for me. She always returned my calls, was very pleasant to work with, and put me at ease. Thanks to her and the law office, my status is legal now. The office even charged me very reasonably considering the countless number of hours Sandhya spent with me and on my case (including traveling to immigration interview with me). My husband and I made an appointment with Mr. Peltz for an immigration case, but on that day he was running late and we were offered to meet with Sandhya instead. We agreed and that was a HUGE mistake. She is impersonal and incompetent. She was not thorough in collecting the required information on our initial visits, so she incorrectly prepared legal documents. When we came to sign the documents, she realized we could not even file for immigration. Through her incompetence, we are now out of $1200 and no documents were ever filed to the government. She stated that no refund is possible and the fault was ours.
