We were referred to Sandhya by a friend who had used her law services before. We are glad we went ahead with her. During our first meeting with Sandhya, we were confident that we were in good hands. She always provided correct information, was always available to answer our questions and to give us good advice. We really recommend her. The legal issues I had Sandhya Tulshyan represnt me on were handled expertly.One Sandhya's skillsare most certainly her knowledge of the law, and the workings of a court room. Sandhya was able to communicate to me what was going to happen during every step of my proceedings, what was expected from me and how she was going to move forward. Nothing came to me as a shock or surprise. I was prepared for every step, largely because of Sandhya's tenacity, skills and work ethic. I managed to see things trough to the end because of Sandhya's greatest two assets, her honestness with me troughout the whole process and, her genuine caring of how the court case was impacting my life.

After having gone through two different attorneys at other law firms, I am thankful that my case was finally handled by Ms. Sandhya Tulshyan at the Jeffrey Peltz law office. I was very stressed regarding my immigration status but she took the time to answer all my questions, presented all legal options I had, and advised what was best for me. She always returned my calls, was very pleasant to work with, and put me at ease. Thanks to her and the law office, my status is legal now. The office even charged me very reasonably considering the countless number of hours Sandhya spent with me and on my case (including traveling to immigration interview with me). She is knowledgeable, very competent, and extremely thorough in her work. She is one of the best out there without any doubt, and I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

From now on Sandhya will be my lawyer for everything. I've never had any problems with her nor anyone withing the company...This company is very reasonable and trust worthy and I will tell my friends about her also :-)

My husband and I made an appointment with Mr. Peltz for an immigration case, but on that day he was running late and we were offered to meet with Sandhya instead. We agreed and that was a HUGE mistake. She is impersonal and incompetent. She was not thorough in collecting the required information on our initial visits, so she incorrectly prepared legal documents. When we came to sign the documents, she realized we could not even file for immigration. Through her incompetence, we are now out of $1200 and no documents were ever filed to the government. She stated that no refund is possible and the fault was ours.
