Richard is an old dog and has knowledge about the law. The problem is - he uses the knowledge against the client to suck all equity out of your case then drop you with a bogus excuse of conflict. He hasn't practiced full time in a while and it shows. He is no longer very interested in representing anyone but himself. Unless you are willing to pay big bucks, he will take as much as he can from you and drop you in the middle of litigation - then place a lien on your case for some free money payday for him after you pay another lawyer to win your case.
