I would not be here today if it wasn't for Myles Berman and his law firm. Myles Berman has been nothing short of spectacular and his legal team is second to none. I've used Myles Berman on more than one occasion and it is because of his teams legal expertize and the skills of Derek Danielson that I was not cohersed by the City D.A. into pleading guilty to a crime that I was Innocent from. Derek Danielson took my plea deal down from 16 months in a state penitentiary and turned it into a not guilty verdict in an actual trial. When Miles Berman says friends don't let friends plead guilty, he means it. I am in his debt and he will always be on my Holiday gift list. All I can say is wow! and thank you for my freedom Mr. Danielson and Berman!

I was arrested for a DUI,the top gun attorneys helped me from the beginning to the end,Derek was my attorney and he really knows and understands the law back and forth,I went to trial and he got me a (not guilty) on both accounts, it was money well spent. I am very satisfied with there work.please remember it's your life and they are on your side all the way!!

The Law Offices of Top Gun DUI, Myles Berman and his team are awesome. I couldn't have asked (or even imagined) for a better outcome and Law Firm. Michael Philips was great in getting everything together for my case. He was honest and did not lead me to believe that it would be an easy fight. I never expected it to turn out the way it did, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Karyn Banner, as well, for her work with processing the paperwork and her excellent communication. I highly recommend Top Gun DUI and their excellent team of lawyers and staff.

I'm just going to paste my review from Yelp below. I don't want to waste anymore time dealing with this attorney/Top Gun DUI. Yelp review: I would give Myles Berman (Top Gun DUI) NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Do your research before hiring any attorney...and whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! $7500 down the drain and I had to hire another attorney because I completely lost confidence in these guys. Just look at the positive ratings Myles Berman received...they aren't even 5 stars.
I'll update this review pending the results of my DUI case with my NEW attorney.

I am very grateful to the Law Office of Myles L. Berman -Top Gun. Richard Wagner did an awesome job defending me in court. The jury found me not guilty. I got my license back and the DUI charge against me has gone away like it never happened thanks to all the good people at Top Gun.

Mr. Danielson did an excellent job,although the office staff that dealt with the dmv could have been more prepared and put forth a winning effort. I spent a tremendous amount of money and still lost the battle and will be spending alot more for quite a while to com.
