Me Benson took over my complicated case from a lawyer who was getting nothing done but taking my money. A previous post said she was cold? If that means she's direct, does not want to waste your nor her time, and wants to get the job done, then that's a fair comment, even an accolade. Let's face it: we only consult a divorce attorney in bad times. She is neither a psychiatrist nor a social worker and reminds you of it respectfully. I was dealing with financial embezzlement, fraud, exaggerations and outright lies, as well as despicable parental alienation. Me Benson managed to get me a fair deal in the quickest time frame possible. Anyone who has survived a divorce agrees that it's like going through a ferocious storm: you have to keep on track to come out the other side. Me Benson accomplished this and I will forever be grateful to her.

I seen Ms. Benson a little while ago. Her attitude was very cold towered me. She made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Why is she a lawyer, if helping people is the last thing on her mind. I just can't believe I'm the first one the have an opinion about her. If your looking for a lawyer, Joan Benson should be the last person on your list.
