I hired this person to collect a debt. Wha he did was go thru the motions. When it came down to collect after two years/he demanded that I settle for 1/3 of what was owed ! Didn't hire him to negotiate I hired him to collect a large debt from an assault. Came to him with all kinds of info on the guy that owes me he didnt even know I was coming . The guy had race car , 2 or 3 $50,000 motorcycles a plumbing business with a shop, rental properties etc. plenty of assets.. What Mckenney did was to alert the guy that I knew he had assets! My opinion Chad Mckenney was a nightmare My opinion worst attorney that I could have hired for this affair. He withdrew from my case after 2 years of filing motions and writing letters. My opinion is RUN away don't walk to say "weak " would be kind . My opinion he did worse for me than not to have an attorney just alerted the guy to my intentions! Terrible! Just Terrible!Demanded that I take 1/3 of the $60,000 minus his 1/3 and when I refused he
