Mr. Whitney represented me in a contested probate and successfully contested a fraudulent Will presented to the Court by my sister. He was excellent in Court, very attentive to my case, promptly responded to any questions I had during the entire litigation and genuinely seemed to care about me and the horrible situation I was dealing with.

Exceptional attorney. I hired Mr. Whitney several years ago to get me appointed as guardian for my elderly mother. He successfully got me appointed by the Court within 30 days and represented me during my administration of the guardianship prior to my mother passing. He then helped me probate her Will and handle my duties as Executor. His fees were reasonable and he was always very professional, by returning my phone calls and emails the same day and finishing work on or before the deadlines he provided me for his work. My wife and I just met with him last week to update our family trust and wills. We are so fortunate to have Mr. Whitney as our attorney!

I hired Joel earlier this year to help me become guardian for my father. He really made a very difficult situation much easier for me and my wife, as well as my father. Joel was a lot less expensive than two other attorneys I met with before hiring him. He promised me that he would help me become guardian as quick as possible and I became guardian for my father less than a month after hiring Joel. I just cannot say enough good things about him. He is a great attorney. He has even followed up with me several times since I became guardian for my father just to ask about how my father is doing.

I recently hired Joel to help me with the probate of my mother's estate and to prepare Wills for me and my husband. He was absolutely wonderful. I have dealt with several attorneys in my life, and he was by far the most considerate, reasonably priced and knowledgeable attorney I have experienced. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a probate or estate planning attorney.
