Jon Ye C is supposed to be my attorney. I haven't as of yet seen him or talked to him verbally over the phone. There is a paralegal that does not like to return phone calls and I've left message after message. I ended up going to the office and talking to her and she tried to tell me some falsified information that I did not agree with. I told her that I wanted to talk to the attorney over her. Jon Ye C still didn't show his face, it was another attorney that tried to tell me the same thing that the paralegal Rocio Rodriguez had schooled him on before I was called in to talk to him. I clearly told him to check the chart before he starts to give me falsified information. After checking the chart and knowing that I was telling the truth he immediately turned red like a tomato. This tells me that he is not on his job as well. What he should have done was check over the chart briefly instead of going by what Rocio told him, this clearly shows unprofessionalism.

They never return phone calls the paralegals aren't. That knowledgeable and they take a very long time. To get a case done I have had a case. Open with them going on two years.

I’m a current client of Atty. John Ye but I never talked to him directly I only deal with his staff. I had a rear fender-bender last year November of 2011. This case is going on for more than 6 months now. The other party accepted liabilities the first day this law firm handles my case. The problem with this Law Firm is that the person that I’m dealing with does not return my call. I called her 4-25-12 left her a voice message because the receptionist said she is out to lunch but have not returned my call since. So, I decided to call her back 4-27-12 this time she step out of the office so the receptionist said she's going to have her call me but (NADA) no return call from the staff. All I’m asking is a courtesy call to give me an update of the status of this case. I am now searching for a new law firm to continue this case. I'm sure they will charge me for bringing another law office to build their empire but I don't really care at this point. I will never recommend this law offi

It has been 2 weeks they have not return my call. All they told me that my case was dissmiss. They never called or send me a letter untill know. When I call they pick up and send me to voice mail dont get an ansewr from them.
