In my opionion, Steve Leatham has a huge conflict of interest as a Arbitrator. It appears he looked only at the evidence of the Defense Attorney Douglas Foley and his two paid off Doctors. I had expert Doctors who treated me for (6) six years, over (100) appointments plus one Doctor from Oregon Dr. Jennifier K. Lawlor who was the IME for state farm. All the Doctors agreed that I had cronick headachs, neck injuries,shoulder injuries and chest mussle damage. The two IME Doctors from state farm seen me for (30) thirty minutes each and then (20) minutes each for testamonty and the both received (6,000) six thousand Dollars to testafie against me. Dr Paul L. Tesar the orthopedic surgeon made a statement about my C-8 disk or vertabra, Like I told my Attorney Art Miller, there is no C-8 at which time the Defense attorney corrected his expert wittness. The arbitrator Steve Leathem responded to our request for clairifaction by stateing " I decline to do so in writing. OUT OF SPACE.
