I used Manaker & Assoc. for my closing as well. I had a great experience, my issue was with my lender and they were the delay in the closing and not the closing attorney. Manaker & Assoc. bent over backwards to get me closed, they even reduced their fee because of the lenders mistakes in the amount of money I needed for closing. The paralegals and staff were very nice and offered to close my loan at 5:00 when most law firms would have closed their doors. I would recommend this law firm and will use then in the future. Thanks for making my experience a good one.

This firm, Manaker Associates, did a real estate closing for us and was absolutely dreadful. We dealt mostly with the paralegals, and staff, but since thye represent the attorney...that is what we have to go by. The closing was late by weeks, they didn't return calls or emails, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. The whole experience was awful and cost us time, money and frustration that we shouldn't have had to spend. Maybe we just got them at a bad time or something, but with so many other Real Estate attorneys in Charleston begging for work, why take the chance on these guys? Find someone competent...and polite.
