This lawyer, of Manaker Associates, did a real estate closing for us and was absolutely dreadful. The closing was late by weeks, he didn't return calls or emails, and his staff were rude and unprofessional. The whole experience was awful and cost us time, money and frustration that we shouldn't have had to spend. Maybe we just got them at a bad time or something, but with so many other Real Estate attorneys in Charleston begging for work, why take the chance on these guys? Find someone competent...and polite.
