Tendency to try to pre-negotiate with Commonwealth attorney. Very timid. Does not communicate well with client. Actually plead "Nolo" without fully discussing plea with me. Left tons of evidence and witnesses of innocence unused. Double charged for reading emails. Overcharged and over promised. Can not recommend him for criminal for family law cases because he tended to be so prone to pre-negotiating outcomes when he should have been defending client. Left many unanswered emails but always charged me for reading them, sometimes charged me twice. Seemed to feel sorry for my spouse, and not very sympathetic to my situation. Allowed his personal feelings to impact his work. Top dollar price but bottom dollar service. Go elsewhere. I finally had to let them go. I spent nearly 8 thousand dollars and my divorce and custody case was no closer to resolved than when I retained them. Stay away.
