Specifically, there was no communication. Consistently our phone calls were not returned, and thanks to his legal assistants not sending out a letter on time, we ended up missing our settlement conference and were caught off guard and basically forced into dealing with the issue via phone. It clearly seemed like he could have given a crap about us, our case, or getting us a settlement that was worth the injuries incurred. Highly, un-recommended.
