You'll be the judge.....10 yrs.ago,I was accused of something I didn't do. Mr.Sholdice knew very well,what the truth was. The main witness,who accused me didn't show up for court. Were that I,there'd be a warrant issued for my arrest in no time. They even tried phoning the witness,but to no avail. I contacted Mr.Sholdice twice,and received no reply. I complained to The Law Society and this is their reply."In light of the fact that you have not raised concerns of conduct unbecoming a lawyer,professional misconduct or incompetence with respect to Mr.Sholdice's practise of law,we will not be conducting an investigation and will be closing our file.If they (Law Society) couldn't see Mr.Sholdice's incompetence in my letter to them,there is and never will be justice. The man didn't even have enough decency and talk to me,regarding this matter. All I was asking for was to be exonerated. Mr.Sholdice is well aware of my innocence. When injustice became law,resistance became duty.

Great lawyer. You can tell he is a regular guy but very smart and hard working. He doesn't talk down to you or act like some kind of big shot. Just wants to help you and do a good job. My lawyer for anything no question.

This guy gives lawyers a GOOD name. Helped me out a lot during a bad time in my life. Hard working lawyer and honest. If I ever need a lawyer again he is my man.
