if he is the same lawyer who appears as prosecutor in traffic cases. for him a person is guilty even before the judge hears the case. He is also rude and loud. Ali

Doesn't waste time. Pay him, give him your disclosure and meet him to discuss your case. He then meets the Crown and you decide whether you want a trial or to plea. This guy doesn't delay.

This guy's good. I hired him for my impaired charge. Thought I was sunk, but he kept me outta jail. Glad I got him.

When my mom got charged for Careless Driving (after getting in to an accident), we followed a friend's referral and met Mr. Borges. Our family was quite nervous since none of us have ever had any problems with the law. Mr. Borges put everyone at ease very quickly, explained my mom's options, and removed a lot of the stress we had. He treated my mom with a lot of respect, explained things very slowly and with calm (since English is not her first language), and made us all feel like he really cared about the case. We were totally surprised by this, since we had heard horror stories about lawyers. However, Mr. Borges is very different---he's obviously very smart, but he's also quite charming and caring. We all felt lucky to have found him. BTW, my mom won her case and didn't even have to testify. We were so relieved. I now recommend Mr. Borges to my family and friends.
