Response to 7/11/14 complaint that work took a month to do. Unfortunately, anyone can write anything on these websites. All work was done in a timely fashion. The complaint arises because, after getting involve and more familiar with the case, it would have been unethical and wrong to execute a power of attorney. The person who would have given the power of attorney was elderly and had severe memory loss. She had no short term memory. She would have forgot within the hour that she had given authority away to all of her financial and life decisions. This is why it wasn't done. This was explained to the complainer many times. But some people just don't listen. Good day.

Attorney Farensbach is very dishonest and unprofessional.He did not keep his word in regards to preparing and filing the paperwork when he said he would.Paid him to write demand letters and a power of attorney and it took a over a month, not to mention me hounding him to get him to write them, would not recommend him
