Although I wish they were better with the phones, they did answer my emails and did get me out of my Timeshare. Overall happy with the service

Do not use Molfetta Law! I paid Michael Molfetta over $5,000 to cancel my timeshare. Molfetta Law has done almost no work in over 18 months (sent 2 emails). I've asked for updates and no response. I contacted the Deeds office where my timeshare is located and sent the deed to Molfetta Law. Still no response. Molfetta Law was hacked in Sept 2022 and my personal information was stolen. I do not trust Molfetta Law to protect my information or to cancel my timeshare as agreed. So, I contacted them to cancel my contract and refund my money several times. I've now involved the Better Business Bureau and asked for their help. I would be interested in working jointly with other persons to file an ethics complaint against Molfetta Law.

Did nothing for me, I stopped payments to account, he then reported me to my credit accounts, going after him for fraud, and the Ethics committe.

Paid them to get me out of my timeshare contract. They were able to cancel the timeshare in several months. The Teran was responsive and would call to provide clarity to my concerns to the process. Mr. Molfetta, thank you for working this for me and assisting me and my family out of a bad situation.

He is a liar and a crook. I signed up for Timeshare Freedom Group and was stupid enough to believe the lies. They won't get you out of your Timeshare. They will take your money, let your Timeshare go into foreclosure and do nothing. He is worthless.

just a horrible experiance, takes money and did less than nothing, impossible to get ahold of, missed filing date, my mom filed complaint against him with bar and they had hearing and made him return our money and currently still has not returned case files so I can pass on to current attorney and now bar association has told him to return files or face suspension. unfortunatly I have had a case ongoing for almost 5 years now and molfetta set this case back years with delays and not being prepared, i can say honestly that meeting and dealing this guy has been far wose than dealing with the legal system, he really showed his true colors of only being about the money without a second of concern for the client and the whole time he won't return any calls or e-mails but I have to see him on the news while he loses another high profile case(santa ana murder)

He's a great salesman. He will sell you on hiring him and then do nothing for you. He does not keep appointments. The judge actually admonished him for his lack of attention to his client. He has been our friend's lawyer for over a year. He has NOT fought for our right for our constitutional right to a speedy trial.

This attorney takes your money and does nothing. Great salesman on the front end. Literally no motions of any kind.
