David is very submissive to his superiors, and lacks the fortitude to stand up for his own cases. He lacks the ability/skills to perform the job. David lacks the ability to question the facts in a case to the point the truth is lost forever. David allows those who have cases before him to get away with other crimes, because he lacks the integrity to seak the truth in a case before him. Thus those who are harmed by those he is assigned to prosecute get away with other crimes they have committed. That is what happened in my case because David lacked the ability to stand up for himself, and bowed to pressure from others in the DA's Office. Because of this lack of ability for David to stand up for his own cases, he should never be considered for retention of advancement in the Larimer County Justice System.
