6/21/16	5	5	5	5	5	Baxi represented us against a greedy private lender who was trying to take away our house based on a technical default. Baxi displayed a mastery of Mortgage enforcement law which resulted in the Court granting us an opportunity to redeem our mortgage. I was in Court and the judge said his decision was based in part on Baxi's articulate submissions. That really stuck with me.
7/30/15	5	5	5	5	5	I normally don't post on these things but I believe my situation was unique. I was served with a notice of eviction and needed a lawyer to obtain a stay. I hired Mr. Baxi on the same day and be brought an emergency motion in court to stay the eviction. We stay at his office until midnight to complete the paperwork and we obtain the stay. He has an excellent knowledge of the mortgage law. Highly recommended.

He goes beyond finding ways to offer more insights to his clients. We (our company) have been with him for more than five years and are extremely satisfied with his performance and deliveries in all aspects. He and his team are one of the hard working group of people that you can find.

6/20/13	5	5	5	5	5	Pathik Baxi is an extremely reliable lawyer who was relentless in my defense and i am very satisfied with the quality of his services. Him being able to communicate with me in my mother tongue also helped. We ended up winning our case and would definately recommend him. Whoever gave a bad review is crazy and probably from the losing side!
