My divorce is now final and this was a very hard ordeal for me because I was married for twenty years. I have to say that I would not have been able to do it if I didn't have my attorney, Lori Saxion. I cannot tell you how compassionate and understanding both her and her office are. They took care of everything for me. They alwasy returned my calls, answered my questions, and even explained things on more than one occassion so that I could understand what was going on. She settled my case so I did not have to participate in a trial - I do not know if I could've handled that. Through the settlement she helped me with my future by securing financial assets and getting the cost of my healthcare insurance covered. She also helped develope a very flexible parenting plan for my teenage son and daughter, they are very active in school and sports and an every other weekend parentingplan was just not going to work. I am very thankful that I had her as my attorney.

I just read this negative comment on Ms Saxion and was very surprised. Ms. Saxion has represented me now in two separate actions; my original divorce and a parenting modification about two years later. I would go back to her again if I needed to, and I will refer others. She was very informative and if she didn’t return my call the day I called her, she would call the next day. All of the issues that she addressed when we first met and the advice she gave me was exactly the way the case turned out, and for a father trying to gain custody of his kids, that was extremely important to me. I also shopped several experienced lawyer before hiring Ms Saxion and her hourly rate was quite a bit lower than theirs. I would go back to her again if I needed legal help.

I hired Ms Saxion in 2007 for a child custody case. She did a amazing job for me, my case unfortunately lasted for a little over a year and had to go to trial.She lived up to her promise to keep me informed, answered all my questions, and her rates were far lower than other attorneys who have even less experience, as I had called around before hiring her. I was stunned to read the bad rreview on this web site, that sounds nothing like Ms. Saxion. She and her office staff were very courteous and compassionate. Since concluding my case in 2008, I have sent three referrals to Ms Saxion and every single person has told me they are happy with her and wuld also rrefer others!!!

Difficult to get a return call, does not accept visa/mc and fees WAY more than quoted would be...was not even in the ballpark. Lacks compassion or any type of concern, was unprepared for a scheduled court hearing resulting in it being dismissed, on my dollar. Or should I say several hundred dollars since her fees are overly high.
